This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between the customer (“User”, “You”, “Your”) and Shri S R Maurya Enterprises (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By accessing, purchasing, or placing an order on www.ssrme.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE & RIGHT TO CANCEL

1.1 All orders placed on the Website are subject to acceptance and availability.

1.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to:

Pricing errors
Technical errors
Inventory unavailability
Suspected fraudulent transactions
Abuse of promotional offers
Incomplete customer information

1.3 In case an order is cancelled by the Company after payment is received, the amount paid shall be refunded to the original payment method.

ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

2.1 Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation only before the order has been dispatched.

2.2 After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped/dispatched, cancellation requests shall not be accepted. Any eligible issue thereafter shall be governed solely under the Return & Replacement provisions of this Policy.

MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIREMENT

3.1 Mandatory Evidence Requirement

A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is a mandatory requirement for any claim relating to:

Missing items
Wrong product
Damaged product
Defective product
Return or replacement request

3.2 Video Requirements

The unboxing video must:

Start before opening the package
Clearly display the sealed outer packaging
Clearly show the shipping label and package condition
Continue in a single uninterrupted recording until the product is fully unpacked and inspected

3.3 Failure to Provide Video Evidence

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be rejected by the Company after verification.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY

4.1 Time Limit

Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery.

4.2 Product Condition

Returned items must:

Be unused
Be free from physical damage caused by customer handling
Include original packaging, labels, accessories, and invoice
Be returned in substantially the same condition as delivered

Products failing inspection may be rejected for return or refund eligibility.

WRONG, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

5.1 In the event of receipt of a wrong, damaged, defective, or materially different product, the customer must contact:

Clear supporting photographs/videos

5.3 Upon verification and approval by the Company:

A replacement may be issued, OR
Store credit may be provided, OR

RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

6.1 Unless otherwise approved by the Company, return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.

6.2 If the Company confirms that:

Incorrect product was delivered, OR
Product arrived damaged due to transit, OR
Product is defective,

the Company may reimburse or arrange return shipping at its discretion.

REFUND POLICY

7.1 Inspection Requirement

All refunds shall be subject to successful receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Verify all claims before approval

Reject fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious claims

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Shri S R Maurya Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of:

Delivery delays
Unavailability of products
Third-party courier issues

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Delhi, India.
