I am extremely happy that by the grace of God, the first part of the book ‘Raag-Rahasya’ written on the experimental aspect of music has been published before the readers. This is my first attempt to publish such a book, which I have dared to do only with the blessings of my revered father Acharya Brihaspati. Since childhood, I grew up under the protection of my father. I used to listen to discussions on music all the time. Even though I was ignorant of music, I enjoyed listening to the conversations of those scholars. I regret that I could not do anything during my father’s lifetime. Now I am trying to give some peace to my father’s soul by publishing the interesting and useful material written by him and by doing some service to literature and music. As per his wish, I dedicate the first part of the series ‘Raag-Rahasya’ Part 1 to my respected father. In future, I will try to publish the upcoming parts of this series.
