was published in the year 1951. The books offers in-depth knowledge about
the Vedas, Brahmanas and their philosophy. It also gives an insight into the
Upanishads and makes general observations about the system of Indian
Philosophy. Other areas explored by the author are Buddhist philosophy, the
Jaina philosophy, the Kapila and the Patanjala samkhya, the Nyaya Vaisesika
philosophy, Mimamsa philosophy and the Sankara school of Vedanta.
