Only by following the rules of which we can achieve Kama, Dharma, Artha and Moksha. Apart from this, it is our duty to protect the body from chemical reactions inside and outside the body, harmful bacteria and other unknown elements, to protect the body from adverse effects and to maintain our immunity.
