This policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between the customer (“User”, “You”) and Shri S R Maurya Enterprises (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By placing an order on our website, you expressly agree to all terms mentioned herein.

1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Upon successful cancellation confirmation, the full amount paid shall be refunded to the original mode of payment.

1.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is strictly not permitted under any circumstances. The customer may apply for return only after delivery, subject to the conditions set forth in this policy.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
2.1 Legal Requirement

Recording a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is a mandatory and non-negotiable condition for any return, replacement, refund, or damage/defect claim.

2.2 Video Guidelines

The unboxing video must:

Start before opening the sealed package

Clearly show the outer packaging, shipping label, and seal

Continue without pause until the product is fully visible and inspected

2.3 Non-Compliance

Failure to provide a valid unboxing video shall result in:

  • Automatic rejection of return requests
  • Automatic rejection of replacement requests
  • No refund of any kind

|   Claims without an unboxing video shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Return & Replacement Eligibility
3.1 Time Limit

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery.

3.2 Product Condition

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • Unaltered
  • In original packaging
  • In the same condition as received

Products failing inspection shall be rejected without refund.

4. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Products

In case of wrong, damaged, or defective product delivery:

Customer must email info@ssrme.in
within 7 days

Order number, unboxing video, and supporting images must be attached

Approval shall be at the sole discretion of the Company

If replacement stock is unavailable, refund may be initiated as per Section 6.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

All return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer

Exception applies only if the Company confirms product damage or incorrect delivery

6. Refund Policy & Deductions
6.1 Inspection & Approval

Refunds are processed only after physical inspection of the returned product.

6.2 Mandatory Deduction

A minimum 30% deduction shall be applied to all approved returns

Additional deductions may apply in case of damage, missing items, or misuse

6.3 Refund Timeline

Approved refunds shall be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund, replacement, or return shall be provided in the following cases:

  • Unboxing video not provided
  • Return request raised after 7 days
  • Product damaged due to customer handling
  • Incomplete or tampered packaging
  • Change of mind or incorrect order placed by customer

8. Company’s Right to Reject Claims

The Company reserves the absolute right to:

Reject any return or refund request without explanation

Modify, suspend, or terminate this policy at any time without prior notice

9. Limitation of Liability

Shri S R Maurya Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or delivery.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
