  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

  • Standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.

  • Business days exclude Sundays and Indian public holidays.

  • Order processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.


2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship within India only, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • Delivery availability depends on courier serviceability at the provided PIN code.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders for non-serviceable locations.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are calculated based on weight, size, destination, and courier partner.

  • Applicable shipping charges are clearly shown at checkout before payment.

  • Any free-shipping offer is conditional and revocable at our discretion.


4. Estimated Delivery Timelines (Not Guaranteed)

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (approximate)

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days (approximate)

5. Courier Partners & Control Limitation

  • Orders are shipped through third-party courier/logistics partners.

  • Once the order is handed over to the courier, delivery timelines and handling are outside our direct control.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier operations, weather conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or force majeure events.


6. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Shipment confirmation along with tracking details (if available) will be sent via SMS/Email.

  • Tracking updates are provided by the courier partner and may not always reflect real-time status.


7. Customer Responsibility – Address Accuracy

  • Customers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address, contact number, or unavailability of recipient may:

    • Result in order cancellation, or

    • Require re-shipping at additional cost, or

    • Lead to non-refundable loss of the order.


8. Delivery Attempts & Non-Delivery

  • Courier partners usually attempt delivery 1–3 times.

  • If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to origin.

  • Return-to-origin (RTO) orders may not be eligible for refund.


9. Damaged, Tampered, or Missing Packages

  • Customers must check the package at the time of delivery.

  • If the package appears damaged or tampered, do not accept delivery and inform us immediately.

  • For missing items or concealed damage, complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

  • Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.


10. Partial Shipments

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in partial shipments.

  • Partial delivery does not qualify for cancellation or refund of remaining items unless explicitly approved.


11. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International shipping is offered only when clearly mentioned.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are solely the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for customs delays, seizures, or rejections.


12. No Delivery Guarantees

  • We do not guarantee fixed delivery dates or time slots.

  • Delivery commitments made by courier partners are informational only.


13. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Delivery delays beyond our reasonable control

  • Loss after successful delivery confirmation

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the order value paid.
