Indian literature occupies a very important place in the entire world literature. If Indian fiction is called the ‘father’ of world literature, then there will probably be no exaggeration Indian fiction has been a very rich literature. Its main objective has been to provide education of morality, politics and folk behavior through animals and birds. In other words, animals and birds have been humanized here. Along with this, there are also philosophies of interestingness, simplicity, sweetness and didactics. This fiction presents before us the tableau of ancient ideology, public life and political activities. In this, the characters are usually not people but animals, birds and other animals have been kept. Like other literature, the origin of Katha Sahitya has also been accepted from our oldest text Rigveda. Devashuni, Sarma Pani dialogue etc. used in Rigveda can be considered as the inspiration of ancient Indian fiction.
